PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA TUTOR PROGRAM PAKET B PENDIDIKAN LUAR SEKOLAH DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract


This research aims to know: 1) the influence positive and significant of a
motivation, a job environment, a leadership and a competence toward the tutorial employee
performance, 2) the influence positive and significant of a motivation, a job environment, a
leadership and a competence toward the tutorial employee performance with job satisfaction
as moderating variable.
The data are collected from 100 respondents by using a cencus sampling method.
They are analyzed through the research instruments such as a product moment test and the
reliability test by using a Cronbach Alpha technique, classical assumption by using a
normality method, autocorrelation, heteroscedastisity and multicolinierity; moderating
regression analysis; the hypothesis test uses t test, F test and determination coefficient (R 2).
The research result shows that 1) the influence positive and significant of a
motivation and a job environment toward the tutorial employee performance, but the
influence positive and don’t significant of a leadership and a competence toward the tutorial
employee performance, 2) the job satisfaction can’t moderating the influence of a motivation,
a job environment, a leadership and a competence toward the tuto rial employee performance,
3) t test the first similarity showed motivation, job environment, leadership and job
satisfaction influence positive and significant toward the tutorial performance, but a
competence variable influenced insignificant toward the tutorial performance, t test the
second similarity showed motivation and job satisfaction influence positive and significant
toward the tutorial performance, but a job environment, leadership, competence, interaction
motivation with job satisfaction, int eraction job environment with job satisfaction,
interaction leadership with job satisfaction and interaction competence with job satisfaction
variable influenced insignificant toward the employee tutorial performance, 4) F test the first
similarity showed motivation, job environment, leadership, competence and job satisfaction
simoultanly influence significant toward the tutorial performance, F test the second
similarity motivation, job environment, leadership, competence, job satisfaction, interaction
motivation with job satisfaction, interaction job environment with job satisfaction,
interaction leadership with job satisfaction and interaction competence with job satisfaction
variable simoultanly influence significant toward the employee tutorial performan ce, 5)
coefficient determination the first similarity show that Adjusted R 2 is 0.970, the meaning
employee tutorial performance variable explained is motivation, job environment, leadership,

competence and job satisfaction variable is 97% and while its rem ain 3% is explained by
other variable which is not involved in the regression model such as a discipline,
compensation and education, so that coefficient determination the second similarity show
that Adjusted R2 is 0.970, the meaning employee tutorial perf ormance variable explained is
motivation, job environment, leadership, competence, job satisfaction, interaction motivation
with job satisfaction, interaction job environment with job satisfaction, interaction
leadership with job satisfaction and interacti on competence with job satisfaction variable is
97% and while its remain 3% is explained by other variable which is not involved in the
regression model such as a discipline, compensation and education
