Abstract


This research aims to know: 1) The influence of Leadership toward the employee
motivation in Obstetry Academy Giri Satria Husada of Wonogiri Street, 2) The influence
of Job Satisfaction toward the employee motivation in Obstetry Academy Giri Satria
Husada of Wonogiri Street, 3) The influence of leadership toward the employee
performance in Obstetry Academy Giri Satria Husada of Wonogiri Street, 4) The
influence of Job Satisfaction toward the employee performance in Obstetry Academy Giri
Satria Husada of Wonogiri Street, 5) The influence of motivation toward the employee
performance in Obstetry Academy Giri Satria Husada of Wonogiri Street.
Data use for primary data get by the questionnaire which is sent to respondents
by while analysis appliance used is doubled linier regresi with the band analysis (path
analysis).
The Result obstained by doubled linier analysis regresi of equation Motivation = -
3,067 + 0,217 X1 + 0,852 X2 + є, Performance = 6,027 + 0,297 X1 + 0,412 X2 + 0,429 X3
+ є, the t test with by resulth of leadership and job satisfaction influence whice are positif
and signifikan to motivation, leadership variable, job satisfaction and motivation
influence whice are positif and signifikan to performance. At F test leadership variable,
job satisfaction, motivation together has and effect on to this matter performance is shown
with the value Faccount 25,575 with the storey, level signifikan 0,000<0,05. Adjusted R
Square (R2) in this research its 0,712, while the rest 28,8 % nexplained by other variable
whice is not checked. The research result so that: a) The influence of leadership whice are
positif and signifikan toward the employee motivation, hipotesis proved, b) The influence
of Job Satisfaction whice are positif and signifikan toward the employee motivation,
hipotesis proved, c) The influence of leadership whice are positif and signifikan toward
the employee performance, hipotesis proved, d) The influence of Job Satisfaction whice are
positif and signifikan toward the employee performance, hipotesis proved, e) The influence
of motivation whice are positif and signifikan toward the employee performance, hipotesis
proved.
