Abstract


The human resource represent the key factor to the success, because it becomes
the first activator in operasionalizing a company. The aim of this research is to examine
analysis of leadership, motivation, communication, job disciplin, and educatian as well as
training influence toward the productivity of employee of District General Hospital of
Doctor Moewardi Surakarta.
The Hypothesizing which have been formulated in this research is: there is an
influence between leadership, motivation, communication, job disciplin, and educatian as
well as training toward productivity of employee of District General Hospital of Doctor
Moewardi Surakarta as partial and simultance. The research is a survey from 300
responden at District General Hospital of Doctor Moewardi Surakarta. Data have been
collected through quesionary and processed with the multiple regression, t test, F test
and test of R2.
Regression model in this research Y = -8,776 - 0,071 X1 + 0,694 X2 +
0,116 X3 + 0,362 X4 + 0,151 X5 + e. From t test showed that leadership, motivation,
communication, job disciplin, and educatian as well as training influeness productivity of
employee of District General Hospital of Doctor Moewardi Surakarta as partial. The F
test showed that the fifth variable independents ie: leadership, motivation,
communication, job disciplin, and educatian as well as training influeness productivity of
employee of General District Hospital of Doctor Moewardi Surakarta as simultance. The
R2 test showed that independent variable became the predictor to productivity of employee
as 74,5%.
