Abstract


The goals of this research are :
a. To analyze and prove empiricaly that leadership, capability of working, working
motivation and organisation atmosphere influence working performance partialy.
b. To analyze and prove empiricaly that leadership, working capability, working
motivation and organisation atmosphere influence working performance
simultaneously.
c. To analyze and prove empiricaly that domman variabel in leadership, working
capability, working motivation and organisation atmosphere influence working
performance.
Based on the result of data analysis and examination of hypothesis it is find out that :
 Leadership variable influenceworking performance in AAU Yogyakarta.
 Working capability variable influence working performance in AAU Yogyakarta.
 Working motivation variable influence working performance in AAU Yogyakarta.
 Organization atmophere variable influence significantly over working performance in
AAU Yogyakarta.
It was significant influence simultareously among independent variables that are
leadership, working capability, working motivation and organization atmosphere foward
working performance for AAU personel. Adjusted R2 value showed 25,2 it means that
independent variables (leadership, working capability, working motivation and
organization atmosphere) explain that dependent variable (personel working performance)
is 25,2 %.
Multiple regresion linear model use variables of leadership, working capability, working
motivation and organization atmosphere in this research can be used to prediet variable
variation of working performance. The model is Y = 7,341 + 0,287X1 + 0,070X2 +
0,261X3 + 0,303X4 + e.
