Abstract


The research is aimed to know: 1) the effect of communications,
motivation, working environment, ability work, conflict management and
employees well being individually on the employees of the officer performance;
2) the effect of communications, motivation, worki ng environment, ability work,
conflict management and employees well being simultaneously on the
employees of the officer performance; 3) the dominant factor affecting
employees performance of Nursing Academy Panti Kosala Surakarta.
The research in Nursing Academy Panti Kosala Surakarta with the
population consists of 39 respondents. Data intake abtained directly by
questioner.
The research in Nursing Academy Panti Kosala Surakarta concludes
hat: 1) communications, motivation, ability work and employees we ll being
individually have a positive and significant effect on employees , whereas
working environment no significant no effect and conflict management no
significant effect of the officer performance; 2) communications, motivation,
working environment, ability work, conflict management and employees well
being simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employed of the
officer performance; the regression equation yielded is Nursing Academy Panti
Kosala Surakarta : Y = -8,963 + 0,214 X1 + 0,383 X2 – 0,140 X3 + 0,612 X4 –
0,196 X5 + 0,507 X6 + e; The determination coefficient of Adjusted R 2 = 0,895
mean that communication, motivation, environment work, ability work, conflict
management and employees well being determine the variability on employ ees
of the officer performance about 89,5%,the remain 10,5% is determined by
other factor beyond the model; 3) The most dominant factor affecting
employees performance is ability work which is demonstrated by the regression
coefficient of ability work of 0 ,612 is the greatest one among other factors.
