PENGARUH KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA, KOMITMEN KARYAWAN, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PDAM BALIKPAPAN

Abstract


Taps in the city of Balikpapan is one area public companies obtain ISO 9001-2008 certification in East Kalimantan province. In accordance with the accreditation obtained, water utilities strive to improve employees' satisfaction with the expectation that job satisfaction will have a positive impact on employee performance. Efforts it by the management is to build a better work motivation, commitment and quality of work life (QWL). For that study had targeting to know the influence the quality of work life (QWL), employee commitment and motivation on job satisfaction of employees working in the city PDAM Balikpapan. Taking samples of 300 employees in total population studies, the data collected through the questionnaire shows the critical value ratio on each hypothesis suggests that the quality of work life (QWL), employee commitment and work motivation each providing a significant effect on job satisfaction.
