Abstract


This research aims to know the relation between the leadership variable toward the
employees’ job satisfaction of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; The relation between cultural
organizational variable toward the employees’ job satisfaction of the CV. Sumber Makmur
Solo; The relation between the motivation variable toward the employees’ job satisfaction of
the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; The relation between the employees’ job satisfaction toward
the employees job performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; The relation between the
leadership variable toward the employees’ job performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo;
The relation between the cultural organizational variable toward the employees’ job
performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; The relation between the motivation variable
toward the employees’ job performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo.
The result of the research shows that the leadership variable has a positive significant
relation toward the employees’ job satisfaction of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; the cultural
organizational variable has a positive significant relation toward the employees’ job
satisfaction of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; the motivation variable has a positive significant
relation toward the employees’ job satisfaction of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; the
employees’ job satisfaction variable has a positive significant relation toward the employees’
job performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; the leadership variable has a positive
significant relation toward the employees’ job performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo;
the motivation variable has a positive significant relation toward the employees’ job
performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo; the leadership variable has a positive significant
relation toward the employees’ job performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo. T test result
shows that the leadership, cultural organizational, motivation, and job satisfaction have a
partially positive significant influence toward the employees’ job performance of the CV.
Sumber Makmur Solo; F test result shows that that the leadership, cultural organizational,
motivation, and job satisfaction have a simultaneously positive significant influence toward the
employees’ job performance of the CV. Sumber Makmur Solo.
The Coefficient determination test result shows that the Adjusted R2 value is 0,994
means that the performance variable is explained by the leadership, cultural organizational,
motivation varable through the job satisfaction as an intervening variable 99,4 % while its
remain 0,6% is explained by other factors outside of this model.
