Studi Pustaka Proses Bisnis Koperasi: Teori Adaptif Structurasi

Abstract


Tujuan Penelitian: studi ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan bagaimana proses adaptasi kelembagaan koperasi dalam menjalankan bisnis koperasi, dengan indkatornya adalah pencapaian nilai volume usaha.  

Metodologi penelitian: pendekatan pada studi ini adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Peneliti melakukan kajian terhadap data yang diperoleh dari dokumen pustaka Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM (KemenKopUKM) terhadap pencapaian volume usaha. Peneliti mengambil sampel khususnya di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur dan Provinsi Jawa Barat untuk tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2020.

Temuan: Hasil olahan data menunjukkan bahwa provinsi Jawa Timur telah melalukan strukturisasi melalui proses untuk adaptif dengan mengimplemntasikan teknologi internet secara optimal. Optimalisasi kemampuan internet memberikan hasil signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan kinerja volume usaha.
