Abstract


Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen untuk mengembangkan model ketahanan UMKM melalui peran digitalisasi dan praktek sumber daya manusia dengan kemampuan bersaing sebagai pemediasi. Oleh karena itu responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang tergabung dalam paguyuban kampung singkong yang berada di Salatiga. Data dikumpulkan dari 42 anggota UMKM Kampung Singkong menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis, dan hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa digitalisasi dan praktek SDM memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif terhadap resiliensi UMKM. Kedua, kemampuan bersaing sebagai konstruk mediasi, sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara digitalisasi dan praktek sumber daya manusia terhadap ketahanan UMKM Kampung Singkong. Akhirnya penelitian ini menawarkan bukti empiris tentang bagaimana mengembangkan ketahanan UMKM di Salatiga, dimana digitalisasi dan praktek sumber daya manusia merupakan variabel penting untuk dapat membangun ketahanan atau resiliensi UMKM Kampung Singkong dalam menghadapi perubahan dunia usaha yang dinamis, selama UMKM Kampung Singkong tersebut tidak melupakan kemampuan bersaing sebagai variabel mediasinya
